A New Focus

Release's IOP features a 12-week curriculum with a new focus each week, such as emotional regulation, self-awareness, relapse prevention skills, guilt and shame, interpersonal connectedness and relationships, boundaries, improving self-esteem and self-worth, and overall functionality -- all essential elements that support enduring health and wellness beyond treatment.

This always-rotating schedule allows newcomers to join at any point in the process, while being flexible enough to include extension options for those who can benefit from continued substance use and trauma treatment.

The program includes weekly Individual Therapy with a Master’s Level Clinician, three Group Therapy sessions per week, weekly Medication Management, and Family Therapy as needed.
